After more than thirty-five years as a university professor, I have retired--and while I am no longer meeting with students on a daily basis, I am still reading and writing. With the hope of reaching curious minds outside of my classroom, I have recently begun a new blog, The Monstrous Regiment of Women: A Women's History Daybook.

Beginning in January 2015, I posted a new essay every day for one year, each one commemmorating a signifcant event in women's history. I completed that daybook in women's history, but I'm still writing there.
